jeetx Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jeetx website and platform at jeetx.org, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jeetx. 2. Eligibility

Access to the jeetx platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. jeetx performs verification checks and reserves the right to request documentation at any point to confirm compliance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise restricted from financial services under applicable regulations.
• You may only hold one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited at jeetx's discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You must not share your jeetx account credentials with any third party. jeetx bears no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jeetx supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Bangladesh payment methods. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the platform at the time of the transaction. jeetx reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

jeetx does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the deposit source (bKash wallet, bank account, card) must match the name on your registered jeetx account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and may trigger an account review. jeetx is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider during deposit or withdrawal transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeetx platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without disclosure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform for money laundering in any form.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or malfunctions. Any winnings resulting from a known platform error must be reported to support and are void pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools that allow players to manage their activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occasionally make the platform temporarily unavailable. jeetx will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance but accepts no liability for losses suffered during unavailability periods, including losses due to open wagers that could not be settled during a downtime event.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
